September 1–3 | Gate 40 — The Gate of Aloneness
Channel Connection: Gate 40 connects with Gate 37 to form the Channel of Community (37–40), also called the Channel of the Bargain.
I shared in this month’s blog that I have had a summer of facing myself—especially my past self.
I have been in contact with all my exes this summer! LOL… And I discovered so much by watching them now with their new partners, connecting with them through affection for our past and detachment from expectation—on either side. It has been eye-opening, let me tell you.
God makes no mistakes. He allows us the freedom to choose, even when we are choosing something that will hurt us.
I have Gate 40 defined. Aloneness has never felt lonely to me. In hindsight, however, I can see how my natural ability to “do” things—as a Manifestor with this Gate defined—often led me to overdo in intimate partnerships.
Only now, as this energy comes into focus, can I see how deeply ingrained those patterns were and how they grew from a natural energy within me.
I can release them without fear, self-judgment, or doubt. The story that I need to do something simply because I can is gone.
I can also see why being alone was never frightening to me. Feeling lonely inside a relationship, however, was devastating.
Now I understand the difference—what causes loneliness, and how to manage it.
Why This Matters
Many of us were taught that our value comes from what we accomplish, provide, or carry for others.
The harder we work, the more dependable we become, and the more we give, the more worthy we believe we are.
Gate 40 asks us to examine that agreement.
Responsibility and rest were never meant to exist without each other. Neither were giving and receiving. When we continually provide without allowing ourselves to receive support, appreciation, or time to recover, generosity slowly becomes exhaustion.
This Gate is called the Gate of Aloneness, but that does not necessarily mean loneliness. Sometimes aloneness is the space we need to separate from other people’s expectations and hear ourselves again.
Gate 40 reminds us that rest is not something we earn after everyone else has been cared for. It is part of the agreement that allows us to keep caring without losing ourselves.
How It May Show Up in Your Life
You may become more aware of how much you are carrying for your family, work, friendships, or community.
Not because life has suddenly become heavier, but because you are finally noticing the weight.
You may feel a stronger need to be alone or to step away from demands for a little while. You may also notice resentment around responsibilities that feel one-sided or agreements that no longer feel fair.
Before assuming you need to end a relationship or abandon a commitment, pause and examine the agreement beneath it.
What did you agree to provide? What did you expect to receive? Was that expectation ever clearly expressed, or did you assume the other person would simply know?
Gate 40 invites us to become more honest about what we give, why we give it, and what we need in return.
If Gate 40 Is Defined
You may have a natural capacity to work hard, provide, and honor your commitments. You may also need periods of genuine solitude and rest after giving your energy to others.
This transit may make you more aware of whether the agreements in your relationships feel fair. Notice where you are giving willingly and where your generosity has become an obligation.
Your need to withdraw does not mean you do not care. It may simply mean you have reached the point where your energy needs to be restored.
If Gate 40 Is Undefined but Your Ego/Will Center Is Defined
You may feel a temporary pull to prove your value through work, dependability, or providing for others in a particular way.
Because your Ego Center is defined, you have consistent access to willpower. The question is whether the promise you are using that willpower to keep is still worth its cost.
Pay attention to any urge to take on additional responsibility simply because you know you can. Being capable of carrying something does not automatically make it yours to carry.
If You Have Gate 37
This transit temporarily completes the Channel of Community (37–40).
Relationships, family responsibilities, shared resources, and unspoken agreements may come into sharper focus. You may recognize where support feels mutual and where an arrangement has quietly become one-sided.
This can be a powerful time for honest conversations about what each person gives, what each person receives, and what needs to change for the relationship to feel supportive again.
The purpose is not to keep score. It is to make the agreement visible so that everyone has the opportunity to participate honestly.
If Your Ego/Will Center Is Undefined
You may feel increased pressure to prove your value by doing more, working harder, keeping every promise, or becoming indispensable to someone else.Notice whether you are agreeing to something because it is right for you or because saying no might make you feel unreliable, selfish, or unworthy.
You do not need to exhaust yourself to demonstrate your love. Your worth has never depended on how much you can carry.
Points to Ponder
Where am I giving from genuine willingness—and where am I giving because I believe my value depends on it?

September 3–8 | Gate 64 — The Gate of Confusion
Center: Head Center
Channel Connection: Gate 64 connects with Gate 47 to form the Channel of Abstraction (64–47).
Confusion has a terrible reputation. It implies indecisive, weak, wishy-washy, untrustworthy. We are a culture obsessed with strength, and strong people are not confused.
Or are they?
Gate 64 is my conscious Sun, which means this energy plays a huge role in how I experience the world. So, it’s like—a BIGGIE.
When I first learned what it meant, I thought it was the kiss of death. I used to joke about it during chart readings: 80% of my chart is Confusion or Self-Doubt.
LUCKY ME!! LOL
It took me a few years, an open mind, and a willingness to dig in to discover the gifts this energy brings.
If you think about it, those labels usually show up when someone else needs something from us—when another person demands an answer, a commitment, or certainty we are not yet ready to give.
I also applied those labels to myself. In the past, they created a story about me that simply wasn’t true.
Changing your mind, entertaining multiple possibilities, and questioning the result can be markers of creativity. Confusion was not the problem. The problem was trying to force knowing before it was ready.
When I pressured myself to decide on someone else’s timeline, the million and one possibilities in my head became overwhelming. When I allowed them to settle naturally, they became magical, bite-sized sparks. What had been called indecision became discernment. What had been called wishy-washy became adaptability, fluidity, and an easygoing sense that things would work out as they should.
Funny how some of our greatest gifts are called weaknesses when—get this—they are not serving someone else in the way that person wants AT THAT MOMENT.
That realization changed the story I had created about myself. Once I stopped treating confusion as a character flaw, it lost its power over me.
Now, I do not force a decision simply to relieve someone else’s discomfort. I give the possibilities time to settle. I allow what is ready to come to light, and I trust myself to recognize clarity when it arrives.
The next time you catch yourself having an unkind thought about something you believe is wrong with you, pause. Consider when that label appears and who benefits when you believe it. Then look for the beauty behind what you have learned to hate about yourself.
What you have called a weakness may be one of your greatest gifts working on its own timeline. Human Design can help you see that.
Now, I do not pick up someone else’s definition of who I am if it does not feel true. I also do not waste my energy trying to talk someone out of an opinion.
I simply smile, say thank you, and leave the opinion with the person it belongs to.
Why This Matters
Most of us assume confusion means we are missing something.
We believe that if we think harder, gather more information, or replay the experience one more time, the answer will finally appear.
Gate 64 reminds us that confusion is not necessarily a problem. It is often the beginning of understanding.
This Gate takes experiences, memories, images, and impressions from the past and brings them forward to be examined. At first, the pieces may seem random or disconnected. The mind wants to force them into a clear story before they are ready.
But realization has its own timing.
The value of this energy is not in producing an immediate answer. It is in allowing the pieces to move, rearrange, and eventually reveal a meaning you could not see before.
How It May Show Up in Your Life
You may find yourself remembering experiences you have not thought about in years. Old conversations, relationships, decisions, or disappointments may return to your awareness without an obvious reason.
Your mind may feel unusually busy, especially when you are trying to understand why something happened or what it was supposed to teach you.
You may also experience flashes of inspiration through dreams, images, music, or seemingly unrelated memories. Resist the urge to dismiss them simply because they do not make sense yet.
Confusion becomes more uncomfortable when we demand that it resolve immediately. This transit invites you to remain curious without turning uncertainty into evidence that something is wrong.
If Gate 64 Is Defined
Your mind may naturally process life through images, memories, and experiences that do not always arrive in a logical order.
This transit may intensify that process. Give yourself room to reflect without pressuring yourself to explain what everything means.
Your gift is not avoiding confusion. It is remaining open long enough for confusion to become insight.
If Gate 64 Is Undefined but Your Head Center Is Defined
You may experience an increased flow of mental images, memories, or questions about the past.
Because your Head Center is defined, you already have consistent mental pressure and inspiration. This transit may temporarily direct more of that pressure toward making sense of what you have experienced.
Notice when reflection becomes mental chasing. You do not have to solve every memory that surfaces.
If You Have Gate 47
This transit temporarily completes the Channel of Abstraction (64–47).
Something from your past may begin to take on new meaning. A memory that once felt confusing, painful, or disconnected may suddenly fit into a larger story.
You may feel pressure to turn the realization into a neat lesson immediately. Allow the insight to arrive before deciding what you are supposed to do with it.
Understanding may come as a quiet recognition rather than a dramatic breakthrough.
If Your Head Center Is Undefined
You may amplify the mental pressure of people around you and feel compelled to answer questions that are not yours.
Pay attention to thoughts that insist you must understand everything before you can relax, move forward, or trust yourself.
Not every question requires your attention. Not every memory needs to be solved. Give yourself permission to let confusion remain unfinished.
Points to Ponder
What am I pressuring myself to understand before its meaning has had time to emerge?

September 8–14 | Gate 47 — The Gate of Realization
Center: Ajna Center
Channel Connection: Gate 47 connects with Gate 64 to form the Channel of Abstraction (64–47).
I stared at this blank page trying to come up with a story about the energetic impact of Gate 47. It actually has a big impact on me because it is the companion Gate to Gate 64, my conscious Sun.
And I simply could not create something—which may be the strongest story I could tell about this Gate.
Gate 47 is about making meaning from past experiences. Life is an experience. Sometimes it makes sense to us, and sometimes it does not.
We place enormous pressure on ourselves to understand what happened, determine why it happened, and identify what we were supposed to learn from it. As if every difficult experience must eventually justify itself by producing a lesson.
Trying to force understanding or assign meaning before it is ready often comes from fear. We want the experience to make sense because we believe understanding it will give us control over it.
Sometimes meaning comes easily and quickly. Sometimes it arrives years later. And sometimes an experience does not hold a lesson or a deeper meaning—other than the experience itself.
Why This Matters
There are experiences we understand while they are happening, and others that make sense only when we look back.
Gate 47 is the energy that turns experience into realization. It searches through memories and mental fragments, trying to discover what they mean and how they fit into the larger story of our lives.
This can be deeply healing. It can also become mentally exhausting when we believe every painful experience must produce an explanation.
Sometimes we become so determined to find the lesson that we create one simply to escape the discomfort of not knowing.
Gate 47 reminds us that insight cannot be forced. The mind can examine the past, but realization arrives when we are ready to see the experience from a different perspective.
How It May Show Up in Your Life
You may revisit a past relationship, decision, or difficult season and suddenly understand it differently.
Something that once felt like failure may begin to look like protection, redirection, or growth. You may recognize a pattern you could not see while you were living inside it.
You may also feel mentally burdened by a memory you cannot resolve. Be careful not to turn the absence of an answer into self-blame.
Realization does not always explain why something happened. Sometimes it changes the meaning you have assigned to what happened.
If Gate 47 Is Defined
Making meaning from experience may be a natural part of how your mind works.
You may revisit the past repeatedly, searching for the perspective that allows the pieces to fit together. During this transit, that process may feel more active or emotionally significant.
Trust that your perspective can change without requiring you to deny what happened. A new interpretation does not erase the experience. It may simply release you from carrying it in the same way.
If Gate 47 Is Undefined but Your Ajna Center Is Defined
You may feel increased pressure to settle on an interpretation of the past.
Because your Ajna Center is defined, you already have a consistent way of processing ideas and forming conclusions. This transit may encourage you to reconsider a conclusion you once believed was final.
Stay open to another perspective. You do not have to defend an old interpretation simply because you have carried it for a long time.
If You Have Gate 64
This transit temporarily completes the Channel of Abstraction (64–47).
Memories, images, or experiences that have felt disconnected may begin to form a coherent story. You may finally recognize what a particular season taught you or why it continues to affect you.
Allow the realization to unfold without rushing to package it into a lesson for someone else. The insight may need time to become fully yours before you share it.
If Your Ajna Center Is Undefined
You may feel pressure to become certain about what an experience means.
Notice whether you are adopting someone else’s interpretation because it sounds convincing or relieves you from having to sit with uncertainty.
Your mind is designed to consider many perspectives. You do not need to select one permanent explanation in order to move forward.
Points to Ponder
What experience from my past might change if I stopped asking why it happened and asked what I understand differently now?

September 14–19 | Gate 6 — The Gate of Friction
Center: Solar Plexus Center
Channel Connection: Gate 6 connects with Gate 59 to form the Channel of Intimacy (59–6), traditionally called the Channel of Mating.
Yes.
Oooohh…this is a juicy Gate, creating the Channel of Intimacy. It shows us there are always two sides to a coin. Together, they form a whole. Each side needs the other.
Intimacy without friction is not the honest, passionate, vulnerable relationship we all say we want. I understand this NOW. And it took years to get here. Let’s speed that up for you, whaddya say?
I have a completely open Solar Plexus. As a matter of fact, when I learned how that impacts me, I was sold on learning more about Human Design. The Solar Plexus is one of the most powerful centers in the Human Design chart. It is our emotional center and the authority for roughly half the population. Everything we do is to feel a certain way—even if that feeling lasts only a split second and we regret it later.
So, understanding how friction works for intimacy, not against it, was a life-changing revelation for the person who could not manage the emotions she absorbed from everyone around her and shrank in an effort to keep the peace.
I’ve learned that fear of friction is just information. The true damage comes when we silence our individuality.
Knowing that, I’ve learned to see friction as information. Now, when it shows up—because it always will if I’m being vulnerable and honest—I pause before I shrink. I ask myself what I am not saying. I silence the story long enough to ask what I am most afraid will happen if I am truly myself—emotionally responsible for my feelings and honest.
If a relationship—of any kind—can only be maintained with my silence or agreement, I am not in the relationship at all. I am only a ghost of myself, and even she will eventually disappear once she has completely forfeited herself.
Peace at any price costs too much to maintain forever.
Why This Matters
We are often taught that conflict is evidence that something has gone wrong.
If a relationship is healthy, we believe communication should be easy. If we love each other, we should agree—or at least avoid doing anything that creates discomfort.
Gate 6 asks us to reconsider that belief.
Friction is not always the opposite of intimacy. Sometimes it is the doorway to it.
Honest relationships require two people to bring their individual needs, feelings, limits, and perspectives into the same space. Those differences will not always fit together neatly.
Avoiding conflict may preserve comfort, but it does not necessarily create connection. Gate 6 teaches us how to remain present when emotional tension appears without attacking, withdrawing, surrendering our truth, or demanding an immediate resolution.
How It May Show Up in Your Life
Emotional tension may feel closer to the surface during this transit.
A conversation you have been avoiding may become harder to ignore. You may feel more sensitive to another person’s words, tone, or behavior, especially in intimate relationships.
You may also notice where you have confused peace with the absence of disagreement. Resentment can reveal the places where we have stayed quiet to keep someone else comfortable.
This is not an invitation to confront everyone or turn every irritation into a serious discussion. It is an opportunity to notice which conflict could create greater honesty if it were approached with care.
If Gate 6 Is Defined
You may naturally sense when emotional closeness feels possible and when a boundary is needed.
Friction may be a recurring part of your relationship experience—not because you are designed for conflict, but because you are sensitive to the emotional conditions surrounding intimacy.
During this transit, pay attention to timing. A truth can be necessary and still need the right moment to be heard.
If Gate 6 Is Undefined but Your Solar Plexus Center Is Defined
You have a consistent emotional wave, but you may temporarily become more aware of the boundaries surrounding closeness and vulnerability.
You may feel a stronger desire to address tension in a relationship. Allow yourself to move through your emotional wave before deciding what the conflict means or what action to take.
Clarity rarely arrives at the emotional high or low. Give the conversation enough time to become honest rather than reactive.
If You Have Gate 59
This transit temporarily completes the Channel of Intimacy (59–6).
You may feel a stronger desire for closeness, honesty, or emotional and physical connection. Existing barriers between you and another person may become more obvious.
This can create an opportunity for deeper intimacy, but closeness cannot be forced. Pay attention to whether you are genuinely opening to connection or trying to break through someone else’s boundary.
The deepest intimacy includes enough honesty for both people to say yes, no, not yet, or I need something different.
If Your Solar Plexus Center Is Undefined
You may amplify the emotions of people around you and experience their discomfort as more intense than it actually is.
This can create pressure to smooth things over, apologize, agree, or abandon your boundary simply to make the emotional tension stop.
Before reacting, step away if possible and give yourself time to return to your own emotional baseline. Another person’s feelings do not automatically mean you have done something wrong.
Points to Ponder
Where am I mistaking the absence of conflict for genuine peace—and what truth, spoken gently, might create deeper connection?
These complete the six September Transit Tonics.

September 19–25 | Gate 46 — The Gate of Determination
Center: G Center
Channel Connection: Gate 46 connects with Gate 29 to form the Channel of Discovery (29–46).
Yes. That is the ending. It returns the reflection to Gate 46 without reducing your experience to a lesson.
“The Universe is always testing you”—a message in a reel I watched recently. The underlying invitation, in essence, was to stop expecting to “arrive” at anything. Happiness, abundance, success: the arrival we thought would finally give us what we had been searching for simply shows up with a new set of challenges.
The anguish of the search is a desire to escape the present, with the certainty that either the future holds what we want to feel, or a glossy version of the past holds what we now believe we once had.
We want to be anywhere but here, now. Until the now we are avoiding becomes the moment we wish we had held on to.
I spent nine amazing years living in France with a vision of what I believed that life should be. It was only when that chapter came to a close that I understood: it had been everything it could have been, and more than I had expected. In every way. Including the truth, the pain, and the disappointment.
Living outside of yourself, detached from the wisdom of your body, amplifies the challenges of life. Accepting what is, in the moment, brings you home.
That’s what Gate 46 energizes us to experience.
Don’t miss it.
Why This Matters
We spend so much time trying to think our way into the right life.
We make plans, analyze options, and search for evidence that a choice will work before we commit to it. We want to know where the path will lead before we agree to take the first step.
Gate 46 brings us back to the body.
It reminds us that life is not experienced through the mind. It is experienced through the body that carries us into every relationship, opportunity, disappointment, and discovery.
Gate 46 is often called the Gate of the Love of the Body. That does not mean loving every inch of ourselves every moment of the day. It means recognizing the body as the place where life happens—and learning to listen when it tells us what feels enlivening, draining, safe, tense, open, or complete.
This Gate teaches us that being in the right place at the right time is not always something we can plan. Sometimes we arrive there because we were willing to be present, follow what felt correct, and fully enter the experience in front of us.
How It May Show Up in Your Life
You may feel more aware of your physical needs during this transit. Your body may ask for movement, rest, nourishment, touch, space, or a change in routine.
You may also notice the difference between being physically present and being genuinely engaged. Perhaps you have continued showing up for a relationship, responsibility, or commitment while mentally and emotionally wishing you were somewhere else.
This does not automatically mean you should leave. It may mean you need to become honest about how the experience feels in your body.
You may encounter an unexpected opportunity or find yourself in the right place at a strangely perfect moment. Instead of trying to control the outcome, pay attention to what the experience is showing you.
Discovery comes through participation. We cannot discover where a path leads while standing at the entrance trying to guarantee the ending.
If Gate 46 Is Defined
You may have a natural connection to the wisdom of your body, even if you have not always trusted it.
Your path may include experiences that make sense only after you have lived them. What appeared to be an interruption, mistake, or detour may eventually reveal itself as an important discovery.
During this transit, notice when your body feels engaged and alive. You do not have to explain or justify every physical response. Begin by allowing yourself to recognize it.
Your determination is not simply the ability to keep going. It is the willingness to remain present for the experience you have truly committed to.
If Gate 46 Is Undefined but Your G Center Is Defined
Your identity and direction are consistently expressed through your defined G Center. This transit may temporarily make you more aware of how your body participates in that direction.
You may feel drawn toward a new experience, environment, or opportunity that seems to fit who you are becoming.
Before turning the feeling into a fixed plan, notice what happens in your body. Does the possibility create openness and energy, or does it feel like another expectation you are trying to meet?
Allow physical awareness to inform you without demanding that it provide an immediate answer.
If You Have Gate 29
This transit temporarily completes the Channel of Discovery (29–46).
You may feel a powerful willingness to commit to an experience, relationship, or opportunity. Something may draw you in so fully that you want to say yes before you understand where it will lead.
This channel can bring the gift of wholehearted participation. It can also reveal where you have committed to an experience simply because you believed you should finish what you started.
Pause before making a new commitment. If the answer is yes, enter the experience fully. If it is no, honor that before obligation carries you further down a path your body never wanted to take.
If Your G Center Is Undefined
You may become especially sensitive to the direction, identity, or physical presence of the people around you.
An environment or relationship may temporarily make you feel more confident, attractive, purposeful, or certain about where you are going. Another may leave you feeling disconnected from yourself.
Do not rush to define who you are based on a temporary feeling. Instead, notice what different people and places reveal.
For an undefined G Center, the environment matters. Your body may be telling you more about where you are than about who you are.
Points to Ponder
Where is my body asking me to become more present—and what might I discover if I listened?
─── ✦ ───
September 25–October 1 | Gate 18 — The Gate of Correction
Center: Spleen Center
Channel Connection: Gate 18 connects with Gate 58 to form the Channel of Judgment (58–18).
This is another strong Gate for me personally. Having Splenic Authority as a Manifestor and then this gate… well.. Let’s just say I finally understand why some people think I am brave.
When I was asked “What made you decide to move to Paris?” for example. And my answer was simply, “why not?” I wasn’t being flippant.
I have the gift of being able to see what can be improved and it carries a deep energetic need to “make things better.”
So when I see what could be improved, I act on it. I don’t sit down and make a five year plan, set 12 intentions or lay out a step by step guide. I just do it.
And it has cost me. Three marriages. They lived as long as the love could hold them while I lost myself trying to make things better. Not asking whether it was wanted, needed or appreciated.
That wasn’t bravery.
And, it wasn’t bravery that led me to redesign my life multiple times, or move to another country, it was seeing what could be better.
But the better thing? Allowing my gift to live in a place of “non-action,” not compulsion.
Why This Matters
Some of us can walk into a room and immediately see what is out of place.
We notice the mistake in the document, the flaw in the plan, the tension in a relationship, and the pattern that will eventually create a problem if no one addresses it.
That awareness can be an extraordinary gift.
It can also become exhausting when everything begins to look like something we are responsible for correcting.
Gate 18 carries the instinct to recognize what is not working and how it might be improved. At its best, this energy helps us interrupt unhealthy patterns, refine systems, and make life better.
In its more challenging expression, discernment becomes criticism. We focus so intensely on what could be improved that we lose sight of what is already working. We may direct that judgment toward other people, or turn it inward and make ourselves the project that is never quite finished.
Gate 18 asks us to consider an important question: Does this need to be corrected—and am I the person who needs to correct it?
How It May Show Up in Your Life
You may become more aware of habits, relationships, routines, or systems that are no longer working.
Small imperfections may feel unusually noticeable. You may feel compelled to offer advice, reorganize something, point out a problem, or correct another person’s behavior.
Before acting, pause and consider whether your input has been requested. Being able to see a problem does not automatically mean someone else is ready to address it.
You may also notice your inner critic becoming louder. A mistake, unfinished task, or imperfect decision may feel like evidence that you should have known better.
Try to separate correction from condemnation. Acknowledging that something needs to change does not require making anyone—including yourself—wrong.
If Gate 18 Is Defined
You may have a consistent ability to recognize patterns that could be healthier, stronger, or more effective.
This is not simply criticism. It can be a deeply intuitive gift for identifying what prevents something from reaching its potential.
Your wisdom becomes most useful when the timing is right and the other person is open to receiving it. Without that invitation or readiness, even accurate guidance can feel like judgment.
During this transit, notice where your awareness can create meaningful improvement and where it is draining you without changing anything.
If Gate 18 Is Undefined but Your Spleen Center Is Defined
You have consistent access to instinct, intuition, and present-moment awareness through your defined Spleen Center. This transit may temporarily direct that awareness toward flaws, patterns, and opportunities for correction.
You may suddenly recognize what is not working in a familiar situation. Before assuming it needs immediate action, give yourself a moment to distinguish clear instinct from irritation.
Not everything you notice requires intervention. Sometimes awareness is enough.
If You Have Gate 58
This transit temporarily completes the Channel of Judgment (58–18).
You may feel increased energy and even excitement around improving something. A problem that has bothered you for some time may finally feel ready to be addressed.
This channel carries the vitality to challenge patterns that limit health, joy, or growth. Its purpose is not to chase perfection. It is to make correction meaningful.
Choose carefully where you direct this energy. Improvement offered with clarity and care can be transformative. Constant correction, however, can drain the joy from the very thing you are trying to make better.
If Your Spleen Center Is Undefined
You may amplify other people’s fears, instincts, or criticism during this transit.
You might become more preoccupied with getting something wrong, disappointing someone, or failing to notice a problem before it becomes serious. You may also hold on to a relationship, responsibility, or pattern because releasing it feels uncertain.
Return to what is happening now. Is there an actual problem in front of you, or are you trying to prevent every possible future mistake?
You do not have to perfect yourself to keep yourself safe.
Points to Ponder
What am I trying to correct—and would compassion, acceptance, or simply letting go serve me better?
