the HOW
Welcome to
“the How” is all about breaking free …
I can be pretty headstrong (I prefer to call it determined—wink, wink). I’ve always done things my way, which led to some tough lessons.
Here’s the truth I finally got through my thick “determination”: I do not have the power, or right to change anyone but me. And believe me, I tried for a long time.
But the good news is - myself - with awareness and understanding I can change. I have that power. And so do you.
Only a small, rare percentage of people can hear that, let alone embrace it. I see you’re one of those rare ones—because you’re here, searching, just like I was.
Here’s a permission slip in the form of self awareness. Dive in.
If you’ve ever questioned why someone reacts to you in a certain way or why certain interactions impact you deeply, that’s exactly what the two free resources below offer insight into. Understanding my Human Design chart allowed me to see my unique energetic make up. It supported me to step back or lean in and revealed how others perceived me.
So, I took what I learned and created cheat sheets for each energy type to have the same enlightening experience.
They are intended to create truthful connection. Learn how to set boundaries based on your energy type and strategy, that reflect who you are, not who you’re told to be with this free boundary guide.
BOUNDARIES ARE SEXY…
Discover how Human Design can make saying No Feel Good..
Your Human Design Type is determined by your defined energy centers,
but it’s the undefined, or open, centers you really want to understand. When I discovered my open Solar Plexus, so many things clicked—I learned I was absorbing everyone else’s emotions. That realization changed the game.
Defined centers broadcast energy; undefined and open centers absorb it. Discover how this shapes your interactions and influences your life with this simple cheat sheet on energy centers in the body.
“You definitely provided a space to me to feel heard. I felt understood, and befriended. Befriending myself through my own trauma was tough, if not impossible. So having you to talk to was awesome.”
